Wholesale accounts are for business owners. You can access tiered pricing and flash sales with high profit margins. Wholesale accounts receive exclusive email updates on limited-quantity deals.

The process is automated and activation is instant. However, Carsha reserves the right to deactivate accounts if inaccurate information is provided.
The wholesale signup form is only visible to non-logged-in visitors. Please log out of your retail account and revisit the page to sign up as a buyer.
Your account type is clearly displayed on your account dashboard. You can view the layout for Desktop or Mobile.
No, there are no subscription fees. Opening and maintaining a wholesale account is completely free.
Once logged in, prices switch from retail to wholesale. You will see basic wholesale rates and a tiered discount chart based on quantity.
We only accept our default currency (HKD) during checkout for wholesale orders. The currency switcher is for your conversion reference only.
There is no specific MOQ per item (unless stated), but the Minimum Order Value (MOV) is USD$650 (HKD$5000).
It refers to official packaging increments. If an item has a box quantity of 10, you must purchase in multiples of 10 (10, 20, 30, etc.).

This usually happens if you are not logged in, or you have not reached the USD$650 MOV. If you meet these and still have issues, please contact us.
Yes. Due to supply rates and costs, we may adjust pricing without notice.

Web prices are usually fixed. However, if you order over 100 units per item or your total exceeds USD$6500, please message us for further discounts.
We do not offer dropshipping currently. Rush orders are only accepted for full payments over USD$6500 or 200+ units per item.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, PayMe, FPS and Alipay HK. We highly recommend Bank Transfer for wholesale orders.
We only accept a 50% non-refundable deposit for customers picking up from our HK warehouse and paying via Bank/FPS. The balance must be paid before pickup.
Buyers are responsible for all transaction fees. Please ensure the net amount we receive matches your bill exactly.

The goods will be held by customs or returned. Carsha is not responsible for these cases, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
All sales are final. We only offer refunds if a product is unavailable. Exchanges are only provided for defective items reported immediately with photos to contact@carsha.co.
