Retail: Account, Registration & Login

No, retail customers can always checkout as guests. However, by signing up here, you will enjoy more features, such as order tracking and saving items in your cart.

Click 'forgot your password' under the login page and follow the required steps.

The only way to change your login email is through us, don't hesitate to ask for our help.

Log in to your account, press the 'account' button on the right top corner, then select 'change password' on the panel and follow the steps.

Unfortunately, at this point, you cannot change the account type yourself. We can change it for you manually; please contact us here. Alternatively, you can sign up for a new wholesale account with a different email.

Retail: Order-Related & Product Pricing

On PC, you can input your code between the purchase list and the subtotal. On mobile browsers, you can input the coupon on the final page where you enter payment details.

You can always change the shop currency on the website header.

Yes, first input a random Hong Kong address at checkout, and select 'Self Pickup' as your shipping method.

We have physical stock for many items; others require pre-order. You can see each product's inventory status by checking its lead time under the description.

Orders are confirmed instantly. For payments other than credit/debit cards, status remains 'pending' until we manually verify payment (usually within 1 working day).

Guest checkout: Use the link in your confirmation email/SMS.
Member checkout: Log into your account and check 'My Orders' under your profile.

Occasionally, an item confirmed by the system becomes unavailable from the supplier. We will notify you immediately and process a cancellation or update.

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please message us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.


Retail: Payment

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, PayMe, FPS and Alipay HK.

Online orders require pre-payment. However, you can make an appointment to shop and pay directly at our Kwun Tong location.

Sorry, we do not accept checks. Please choose from our other digital payment methods.

Declines can happen due to insufficient funds, credit limits, or bank blocks. Please contact your bank to confirm the cause.

We can manually take payment via a personal PayPal account. Please contact us to process this.

No, we do not charge any additional handling fees for credit card payments.


Retail: Refund & Return

All sales are final. If a product is unavailable on our side, we will process a full refund.

We only accept exchanges for defective items. Please contact us at +852 5448 6841 or email contact@carsha.co with product details and defect photos.

Contact us immediately upon receipt with detailed pictures so we can process your claim quickly.
